As we inch closer to the release date of ODESZA’s new album (A Moment Apart), due out September 8th, the excitement builds and the fan base is fed little snippets of what is to come.
Throughout the year the duo has released five tracks off of the sixteen track album: Line of Sight, Late Night, Higher Ground(Feat. Naomi Wild), Meridian, and Corners of the Earth (feat. RY X). The anticipation is difficult, but the patience is kept alive by our familiarity with the caliber of music we can expect from the Seattle duo.
Native Instruments, a manufacturer of software and hardware for computer-based audio production and DJing has released a short documentary-esque video that details the creative process of ODESZA. The video includes footage of the duo’s most recent show at Red Rocks, the creative space they share in Seattle, and one on one footage of the guys explaining how their music reflects their creative partnership.
