If you haven’t made your plans for Halloween yet, there is still hope for you yet. On top of the already beautifully cultivated roster of artists that the folks at B.A.D.A.S.S. Raves has planned for Nightmare Festival – they have recently added 4 more incredibly talented headliners.
Continuing with their goal of arranging the most diverse collection of sound possible, B.A.D.A.S.S. Raves has carefully selected Morten, Space Laces, Tittsworth and DeltaNine to consummate their eclectic lineup. Each of these artists are mavericks of their genres and bring a powerful stage presence to every performance which makes their sets so absolutely unique.
Tittsworth
Jesse Tittsworth is a local favorite for music lovers of all walks here in Washington, DC for his flawless ability to oscillate between genres. Every performance he creates a boundless flow of sound that far surpasses the scope of the average music lover’s imagination.
Morten
Morten Breum is a Danish DJ and producer currently living in Los Angeles held in high regard among progressive house fans. He has been building a strong following over the past 4 years overseas and on the west coast but this Halloween east coast music fans will also have the opportunity to see this incredible artist live. What I love about Morten’s sound is that he has a unique aptitude for creating uplifting progressive house sets without sounding completely generic which in today’s music world, is a rare feat.
Space Laces
Space Laces, Ian is on the darker side of the musicians on Nightmare Festival’s lineup. His filthy dubstep sound goes hand in hand with that of artists like Excision, making it no surprise that they are frequently seen collaborating and performing together. This year we can see Space Laces in all his glory as a standalone artist and he will undoubtedly surpass our expectations for this show.

DeltaNine
DeltaNine is an undefinable artist with a future sound all his own. He will be performing completely live for this event and if you enjoy freely grooving to the soothing sounds of bass lined soul music (who doesn’t?), I highly recommend checking out his set. His Proportions album, although released around 8 months ago, is still one of my favorite compilations of pure funk.
