Nightmare Festival is set to launch its two day haunted paradise in less than a month. Camp Ramblewood will be made into a Halloween nightmare equipped with multiple stages and props all around the festival. Also, Nightmare Festival will provide camping locations for all festival goers to indulge in. The newest addition to Nightmare Festival will be the introduction of sober camping and meetings. A monumental step as Nightmare Festival is now one of the few camping festivals that offers sober camping as an option. Those who wish to enjoy the festival without the need for alcohol and drugs will have a designated camping area just for them. This camping area will be located right in front of “Cabin U” and will be called “Sober Camp”.
Furthermore, Nightmare Festival will have daily meetings so sober campers can connect with each other. The first meeting will take place at 4 PM on Friday at the pavilion. On Saturday the meeting will take place at 1 PM at the pavilion. Neither the Sober Camp or the meetings have any affiliation with AA or any recovery group.
