The recent Nina Simone remix trend is arguably the best running collection in edm right now. Zeds Dead, Bassnectar…and now Pretty Lights. During what I’d consider to be the biggest week in his lifespan as an artist, Derek played a set at SiriusXM Studios for about 80 people (including a heap of true fans). Along with tracks from A Color Map Of The Sun, Colorado’s finest dropped a couple unreleased gems including this remix of Nina Simone’s “I Put A Spell On You”.
