If you aren’t aware of The Oddword yet it’s about time to take notice. Hailing from Belgium, Boy Kortekaas has been making a name for himself recently while churning out heavy energy packed productions with a surprisingly polished feel. In this latest offering, he gives an electro makeover to GTRONIC’s “Strobo” and the result is nothing short of stunning. Not to be confused with any other lazily thrown together track, you’re met with an unconventional clean drop at the one minute mark and a second completely reworked one at the two minute. They come to work together flawlessly to keep the listener on their toes while still meshing beautifully as a cohesive track.
