Making their way across the country for their album A Moment Apart, electronic duo ODESZA will touch down in the District on November 24 and 25 to deliver two nights of their signature ethereal electronic magic. The album is the group’s third release since stepping onto the scene back in 2012 with the release of “Summer’s Gone,” a record that shook up the underground electronic scene and propelled the group to the top slots of festival lineups and tour bills around the globe. Now, three years later, the group is celebrating another successful release by touring coast to coast with support by acts like The Kite String Tangle, Chet Porter, Kasbo, and Louis Futon. In the DC, the shows will commence at the district’s latest and greatest water-front venue, The Anthem. Opened in early October, the 57,000 square foot concert hall has the capacity to hold as many as 6,000 people. But when the first night managed to sell out in a matter of days, the venue added a second evening to the mix, allowing another 6,000 fans the chance to dance and sway away to “A Moment Apart.”
