Steve James Delivers Festival-Ready Remix of Oh Wonder’s “All We Do”

Steve James must be taking serious notes and doing his homework. In the classroom perhaps, but we’re really talking about his studies as a musician, because this young producer has grown immensely in the past year. Attaining remixes for Kaskade, ZHU, and Dillion Francis is no small feat for anyone, and it just goes to show how much time and effort Steve must put into the studio. His most recent remix, a dynamic progressive take on Oh Wonder’s “All We Do,” would lead you to believe he’s been influenced heavily by the folks at Above & Beyond and Anjunabeats; there’s a certain emotional element implanted in the progression of this track that’s uncanny.

There’s a dark beginning, a ray of hope in the middle, and a bright ending that ties it all together like a beautifully written novel, and every second of it evokes legitimate feelings. This is something not seen in producers twice his age. The ability to connect with such a wide variety of people on such an intimate level is worthy of high praise. Steve James, bravo young sir.
