This week’s volume of “On Tuesdays We Techno” is one of our favorites. Made up of heavy, heart-pounding, and dynamic tracks, don’t plan on stopping to catch your breathe. At the the top of our list sits Canadian producer and resident of Stereo club in Montreal, Atroxx, with his impressive “Anvil” out now on Kraftek. He sets the bar high as we move right into one stunner of a track, “With You,” from AZUR, the more melodic moniker of Marcel Fengler, one of Berghain’s original residents. The pounding picks up with Thomas Evans’ first release on We Are The Brave with “Believe,” before jumping ship straight into the long-awaited release of Adam Beyer and Bart Skils, “Hey You.” With no intentions of breaking, Jay Lumen takes us on a heavy, acid-induced trip, before receiving our final punch from rising UK talent Billy Turner, with his sassy “Don’t Talk To Me About Style,” out now on Drumcode.
