Today, we begin to say goodbye to another September with an eclectic handful of tunes that’s got us vibing hard this Tuesday.
Warming us up is a mint piece of melodic techno from rising Munich-based producer Julian Wassermann. Part of his latest two-track EP, “Extase” provides a plethora of rolling loops and after-hour feels. This seamlessly rolls us into Robert S (PT)’s new banger, “Skittish,” the title track to the Portuguese producer’s most recent EP on Odd Recordings. We’re then reeled into the peak of our spiral with a snippet of Michael Klein’s “Wall Licker,” off his stunning debut album Snapshot on Second State. After this, our attention turns to Maceo Plex’s experimental, electro-inspired rendition of Maribou State’s “Nervous Tics,” before Chris Liebing sweeps in to take us home with the utterly entrancing “Zero One” track off his new Burn Slow album on Mute.
