We speedily lift off with “Thinking About You” from UK duo Spektre featuring Juliet Fox, a vivacious banger that’s steadily climbing the Beatport charts and rightfully so. This sends us into an A-wall spiral that begins with Chipi’s “Forbidden Thrills,” recently featured in Charlotte de Witte’s set at this year’s Coachella, before sending us soaring into a driving tempo with Reset Robot’s “End of Time.” This week the producer shows up back to back with an idyllic celestial version of his track “Arp” remixed by Wehbba on Hotflush Recordings.
From here, we go right into La Fleur’s “Tears.” This baby is part of the Mixmag breakthrough artist’s two-piece debut EP on Kompakt’s Speicher Series. The track has been a massive highlight of La Fleur’s sets ever since she dropped it pre-release at Junction 2 last June, and continues to be a fan favorite through 2019.
Finally, our come down takes shape in the form of a brand new collab from friends Heiko Laux & Joel Mull. As part of their four-piece EP Centipede on Drumcode, the title-track delivers restrained, atmospheric vibes and is an absolute solid closer to our latest journey down the rabbit hole.
