We’re a bit more than a week out of Infrasound 2015 and we hope you’re finding your return to reality to be smooth and effortless. By now you’ve probably cleaned the mud out from under your toes, maybe had a short cry over how far away next year is, and have felt the glow inside you fade from a bright ever-present feeling to a warm sensation in your stomach like when you rip an Everclear jello shot on the beach during Bommer.
Before we go any further, I have to ask: did anyone else have the best week ever last week? I crossed everything off my to-do list and did it all with a smile. It was one of my most productive weeks in recent memory and I can’t help but chalk it up to the after-glow of Infra.
With that in mind I’d like to extend an invitation to everyone in the Infrasound Community and Family page to go out and accomplish something in the name of Infrasound. We can all remember vividly our thoughts and feelings while stomping around on the beach during Benga and while it was great to think, it’s something else entirely to actually do.
If all of us take some time out of our day or week to do something good for someone else, we can have Infrasound transcend the traditional role of a music festival as a place to party, and have it become an agent for change outside of the grounds of Camp NCN. Much love fam 🙂
