Amidst approximately 40, 000 festival attendees, police report that there were over 100 arrests made during Insomniac’s Beyond Wonderland festival in the Bay Area this past weekend, mostly for the selling or taking of illegal substances.
However, there were no serious medical emergencies reported throughout the course of the whole festival. TomorrowWorld, another festival this past weekend, had over 140,000 attendees and only 17 medical transports. Although, the Bay Area residents weren’t too keen on the music, and reported more than 110 noise complaints.
All in all both festivals had remarkably low numbers of medical needs, which just goes to show that a little responsibility goes a long way.
