Duo Over Easy have had a wild ride within the music industry, especially in the last couple of years. The two clearly aren’t meant to be apart of this project and have a great creative chemistry between them. “CEO,” is the latest of what they can do when they put their heads together.
A heart-melting progressive house vibe is at the center of this release, the vocals, synth work, and overall spirit being an uplift to those it comes in contact with. The piano-house inclusion and pure and punchy mixing as well are one of many strong-points on this single.
This is far from the first go-around of success from Over Easy. In 2020 their remix of “Back to You,” by Ekali and Kiiara, was a smashing success. Hitting the charts in 80 plus countries through Apple Music and becoming a go-to playout for many A-list DJ’s around the world. I’m sure this period was nothing short of validating and a ton of lessons were learnt in the best ways during this time.
Today, Over Easy get to roll together all their past life experiences with their vision of what their next season of releases will be.
