Paper Diamond Returns To His Roots, Pairs With Bonnaroo To Release Single From Forthcoming EP ‘Paragon’

Since diverging from Pretty Lights Music to Mad Decent, Paper Diamond has been experimenting with an array of sounds, mostly trap and 808 heavy music of late. This time, as a collaborative effort with Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, Paper D teamed up with LA duo Christian Rich and Angela McCluskey (vocal) on ‘XIX’ – the first single drip from ‘Paragon‘.

Alex B went back to his roots, channeling that certain sexual serenity folded within bouncy swaying tunes and choppy snares. He’s been a jack of all trades recently but I love that he can ratchet it back and still put out that soulful shit.
