Party Favor is at highest point he’s ever been in his career, and continues to climb. With so much under his belt in the last 2 years – Lollapalooza, working with Diplo and his labels, working with Dillon Francis, and a wave of shows and festivals globally now played – it’s shocking the soloist had time to put together an entire EP, but loving fans can drive humans to go above and beyond, which is exactly what Party Favor did via Party and Destroy EP.
The lead single, “Give It To Me Twice”, which has now become my favorite songs of the summer, is an incredible balance of chill and super infectious pop that reels you right in – simple and clean. Party and Destroy EP only gets better from there, my personal highlights were: “In My Head” with it’s soft sided juxtaposition, “Whole Lotta Money feat. Rich The Kid” and “Shut It Down” acting as the ultimate bangers, and “Whole Lotta Money feat. Rich The Kid” is the dope experimental, more serious ender.
