The mastermind behind this song is none other than British musician Matthew Herbert. Herbert,  also known as Doctor Rockit, Radio Boy, Mr. Vertigo, Transformer, and Wishmountain, fused an insanely smooth ballad with spirited production to generate a track that, when enjoyed properly, heightens the senses and permeates the being.  “Going Around” is just one of 11 tracks  in Herbert’s Around the House album released in 1998,
