Trance icon Paul Van Dyk has been producing tear jerking trance since as early as 1990. The seasoned producer has long achieved legend status in the trance community and his productions in addition to live performances attests to that status. Just recently, Paul announced a 14 stop North American tour that will touch down in locations like DC, San Francisco, Dallas, Denver, and Boston. Supporting acts for this tour include artists like Vini Vici, Solarstone, Heatbeat, Aly & Fila, and Alex M.O.R.P.H. In addition, this will be PVD’s first tour since his unfortunate accident that occurred around a year ago.
Accompanying the announcement of his tour comes Paul’s latest single, “Touched By Heaven”. The 3:30 instrumental is everything we’d expect from PVD and seemingly connects back with his old school trance roots. A euphoric, calming melody that is paired aggressive synths sets this release apart from your cookie cutter trance.
