A lot of you have probably noticed the quick rise of electronic music in the entire world today, and a lot of you are probably even curious on how to be able to make or produce electronic music. I got the chance to participate in a course about electronic music by none other than Point Blank Electronic Music School. Originating in London, Point Blank is an institution where you can learn how to produce electronic music, and they also have platforms and connections to share your music on. They also give you access to educational discounts for softwares that you might be interested in to expand your craft.
As I went through the first couple of weeks of the course that I took, which is specifically in Mixing and Mastering, I learned about the way they teach the course itself. There are topics and assignments every week, you get to participate with all the other people attending the course online, and they have group livestreams and even 1-on-1 skype sessions too in order for you to have a more personal lesson. You can even upload a track you are working on and be able to ask for their advice and ask for ways that can make your track better. With fully understanding teachers, who are professionals in the industry, it makes learning such a niche topic less intimidating.
