The two from DVBBS has been on fire lately and delivering track after track, with no signs of slowing down. This time they’re back with a future bass flip of Steve Aoki and Louis Tomlinson’s “Just Hold On”. The vocal cuts and upbeat feel will get this song stuck in your head quickly.
Alison Wonderland & M-Phazes – Messiah (Crankdat Re-Crank)
If you were lucky enough to see Crankdat on his recent tour, then this new re-crank may sound familiar to you. Taking a break from the bass heavy tracks, Crankdat is here to show us more of his melodic side. You can always expect his tracks to feature captivating melodies and catchy hooks.
BONNIE X CLYDE – Bass Jam
The duo making their way around the nation is here to deliver a powerful anthem, “Bass Jam”. You’ll find the soothing vocals and smooth production adding up to be an addicting combination and a massive hit. This powerful track will find it’s way into festival sets around the world this season.
Noisestorm – Escape
Noisestorm is one of the best bass-based artist on Monstercat, hands down. Noisestorm mixes his classic melody and wall-of-bass style with a catchy overall production – a sort of “old with the new” modern poppy bass feel that is totally him, totally Monstercat, and undeniably badass.
KANDY & Milkshake – Type 1
“Type 1” is a classic in so many ways, classic trap sound, classic sound that would come out of the Cavity Collective, ect. The tune features the infamous high rythme bass style that KANDY is known for and the melodic bass style new Milkshake listeners are beginning to get a feel for. These two were a match made in heaven and, by the SoundCloud play count alone, is clearly paying off.
IZII – Birds
If you’re not familiar with IZII, then this track will be the perfect introduction for you. With vocals from the talented Powder Room, “Birds” is a unique track that has perfect vocal chops and powerful chords.
HXV – Where Do We Go From Here
With his first release for the new year finally here, HXV is ready to unveil his new sound. After recently exploring new tempos, sounds, and textures, “Where Do We Go From Here” is a flawless representation of that. He left it “purposefully minimal and cavernous” to leave it up to our interpretation.
Steezy Jaxxx – Locked
