R.LUM.R – Show Me
Mixing indie, electronic and vocals bursting with personal courage, R.LUM.R has released “Show,” a flowing, natural-sounding original with a dynamic variety of verses.
SLDGHMR – Rocket Fuel
Laced with an 80 montage-like epicness. SLDGHMR starts off his monumental EP Grid Living with “Rocket Fuel,” featuring a number of quite tasty drops as well as old school synths and a nice mid-tempo vibe throughout.
Paper Diamond – Towers Instr.
Paper Diamond delivers an all-too delicious ending to his first EP of 2015 “The Rain Drops” with “Towers Instr.” The experience of the EP not only showcases the changing tides within Paper Diamond, but sends a broader, underlying message about the dynamic direction electronic music is currently taking, for big and small DJs alike.
Kid Arkade – Not Alone Feat. Josh Franceschi
Kid Arkade is one of my absolute favorites in 2015. His last half-dozen releases have this fun, soul-touching warmth to them mixed with great hooks, a bit of pop, and brilliant verses and construction, “Not Alone” is no different.
Crooked Colours – Another Way
With fluid abstractness, Crooked Colours pieces together a unique collection to their music catalog with “Another Way.” Encompassing trippy arpeggios, sleepy vocals, and glitchy samples.
Televisor – Find That Someone (feat. Richard Judge)
The poppy personalities coming out of the Monstercat universe, Televisor, released another highly lovable original “Find That Someone.” Blending video game music and disco vibes, Televisor’s “Find That Someone” quickly finds a special place in your heart. P.S. The album artwork is beyond beautiful.
Men At Work – Land Down Under (Chachi & Paige Remix)
Chachi & Paige have taken a semi-forgetton classic and turned into a remix that completely amplifies the original in all the best ways. From dope flute solos to light tribal drumming, Chachi & Paige’s “Land Down Under” remix is on point.
