#NMT is upon us and there was alot to go through, from pop punk remixes to progressive originals, Powerful Picks puts together some our favorite recently released tunes. Be sure to follow us on our SoundCloud linked below as well and enjoy.
The All American Rejects – Move Along (Shades Remix)
Rock genres are amongst the hardest to remix, Shades does All American Rejects complete and full justice with his poppy-progressive inspired remix of “Move Along”.

Fall Out Boy – Uma Thurman (Didrick Remix)
Adding a huge ‘wow’ factor elements to “Uma Thurman,” Didrick’s remix is an explosion of pop and beauty that seemingly came out of nowhere, his Powerful Picks cherry is now popped.
Feenixpawl & Jason Forte – Blue Sky ft. Mary Jane Smith
With progressive horns blaring Feenixpawl & Jason Fort partner with vocalist Mary Jane Smith to form “Blue Sky,” a positive, yet dramatic expression or purely awesome production skills.
JUANY BRAVO – Down Low (Original Mix)
“Down Low” is an all around smooth, deep, and chill house original with fantastic rhythm and vocal samples. Juany Bravo is dominating my r&r playlist.
Deon Custom – Roses
100,000 plays in 3 days doesn’t come easily, which is why Dean Custom’s “Roses” in one a single you shouldn’t miss. Similar to vibes San Holo focus’s on, the sound is a great twist on the typical Monstercat music world.
Backstreet Boys – Everybody (Apashe x Oski x Lennon Bootleg)
In true throwback fashion, a trio of DJs team up to added a flavorful twist on the Backstreet Boys classic known around the world, adding a super-wonky drop that makes you feel weird in the best way possible.

Choice – Gypsy Rhythm
Above & Beyond meets future bass – that’s exactly what jumped into my mind after hearing “Gypsy Rhythm,” Choice’s tune that’s as clever and fun as it is experimental.

William Black – Keystone
William Black has never been on Powerful Picks, but he earned the right with the ultra-colorful electro-house original “Keystone.” The tune is just all around fun and easy to listen to again and again.
Aayushi & Dillistone – Diamond Child
Wow, this has to be one of the most touching tracks I’ve come across in 2015. the 8-bit cut-up vocal samples, super chill vocals, and catchy rhythm comes together to form “Diamond Child,” an unforgettable journey.
Fun. – Some Nights (Bobby Brush Remix)
BB is busting our the bongos and steel drums once again, this time bringing back a 2010’s classic, “Some Nights.” I never imagined this track getting a tropical twist, but I’m glad it did.

The Chainsmokers – Roses ft. Rozes (Original Mix)
“Roses” is my new favorite CS tune. The Chainsmokers continue to out-do themselves release after release – cant wait to see what they have in store for the rest of 2015.
PIXL – This Time
As if the title wasn’t an epic enough, PIXL comes in strong with “This Time,” a lively electro tune that has throttling basslines from beginning to end.
