Graphyt – Upside Down / Smashing
Kicking us off from the Never Say Die Black Label is Graphyt with his double single release Upside Down / Smashing. These two tracks pack enough heat to deliver the bass injection you need to get through the midweek slump. From the slamming percussions to the face-melting synths, you better get your neck stretches in before hitting play!
13 – Oath
Next up, we have 13 coming at you with his new single “Oath” from the notorious Mau5trap imprint. This electro tune is something you’d expect from the label, as the low end gets grimy and the production is crisp. If you’re into the release make sure to give the hypnotizing visualizer a view here!
Ray Volpe – Purpose EP
Ray Volpe is back once more and this time with a four-track EP of pure bliss. The Purpose album will have you headbanging to every drop as each song is heavier than the last. As the Los Angeles based producer continues to push the sound design envelope, you can only imagine what’s to come next.
Boombox Cartel & Flosstradamus – ID (Woof Logik Remix)
Keeping things in the LA area is Woof Logik with their flip of Boombox Cartel & Flosstradamus’ massive single “ID”. This remix offers a fresh new take on the drop that will hit you with an unexpected bass line and wild leads. While they still pay homage to the original with familiar elements, this record is the perfect way to breathe some new life into the track.
Tokyo Machine – PLAY
Bringing forth their latest release is Tokyo Machine with his rowdy bass house single “PLAY”. From the moment you start listening you’ll be instantly hooked on the infectious vocals and grooving drop. It will be impossible to stand still when this Monstercat release is spinning!
Uncore – React
Keeping things in the 128 bpm realm is Uncore with his new track “React” coming at you from Peru. As we close out this week’s Powerful Picks with this upbeat tune, you’ll find it impossible to do anything but move along to each and every measure.
