Some days you just need that music that will give you the space to think but also get you energized for the tasks at hand. So today we’ve discovered someone who does just that and it is our pleasure to introduce the new producer, Very Yes, and his debut track “Collide”.
“Very Yes is a project that’s been marinating for quite some time and I always knew would one day happen but never knew exactly when. Having been a musician my whole life, I have gone through so many phases of musical obsession but never let them all meld into one anamorphic blob. Now I have and I want to put a heavy emphasis on reviving stylings from 90s hip hop/RnB along with previous experiences and fold them into current production techniques and sounds.”

“Collide” is a dreamy masterpiece that entangles atmospheric sounds with shimmering synths, clean hip-hop percussion, and light vocal samples that allow the listener to groove along and interpret however they would like. There is a certain soul behind this track that we can’t get enough of and we can’t wait to see what else this newcomer will be throwing at us this year.
