The ethereal and utterly captivating tones of singer, songwriter and producer Pyra are filling our ears this week. The Bangkok-based artist brings out a truly memorable single titled “Regret Me” for Absent Mind, the label that started up earlier this year.
Referring to herself as a “solar soul,” Pyra was voted Apple Music’s Best New Artists in 2016, and brings a plethora of influences into her music. She doesn’t just stay confined to one industry either; she is also the founder of a global artist collective called Better Being, that helps bring art to audiences all across the world.
