At WhiteRaverRafting we take pride in bringing you well produced tracks you may not have been aware of before. Keeping up with this goal, I present to you a cheerful remix courtesy of Rainer + Grimm. If you haven’t heard of these two, you get a pass. The two natives of Toronto have been at it together for just over two months yet have the sound of a polished vet. Boasting accomplishments like working with The Weeknd and being credited on Drake’s grammy award winning NWTS album, it’s clear from the start that these aren’t bedroom producers we’re listening to.
Click play and you’re greeted with an upbeat intro and delicately introduced vocals. You’re slowly introduced to the :50 mark where a soothingly familiar house-y beat works hand-in-hand with lyrics supplied by Golden Coast. “Break My Fall” has that perfect late summer night feel to it and couldn’t be released at a better time in my mind.
