RaverRafting Weekly Playlist Volume 5: Patrick Topping, tyDi, Tessela & More

Some may say it’s too early to start preparing for Christmas, but here at RaverRafting, we’re easing you into the holiday season with a couple of festive tracks to get to into the spirit of things in this week’s playlist. With Kaskade’s Christmas album booming, we’ve added “Christmas is Here” from Kaskade Christmas, as well as rrotik’s “Smash The House (Deck The Halls” from compilation album A Very Decent Christmas 5.

Mark Knight has collaborated with Toolroom favourite Tuff London for “Jus’ Come” on Trax, a unique tech house number for those who like a nostalgic sound but also a boogie on the dancefloor. In addition to this, on Insomniac Records, Dombresky and Tony Romero have released “Girls Night Out” that takes on a more bass house approach.

This week also saw Bassnectar remix Naux Faux’s “Psyopia”, Patrick Topping release his Be Sharp Say Nowt EP, from which we’ve taken the title track for our playlist pleasure. Riva Starr and Green Velvet partnered up for “Keep Pushin’ (Harder)” and John Monkman came out with Make Noize; we particularly loved both “Mad Hatter” and “INAWIO”.
