West coast native and bass music veteran R/D just released a 4 track compilation of his freshest tunes. ‘Cloud Pound’ is comprised of an overall tranquil theme of euphoric pulsating melody sprinkled with strings of heavy bass…or in the track Moon Vault‘s case, some bouncy moombahcore.
Personally I am more partial to the relaxed and mellow stylings of Snow Poem and Mystified. I love the glitchy, almost transcendental feel of the music. Free spirited subtle bass and a superb focus on the development of some beautiful melodies.
R/D has seen stages at some of the largest US festivals in the past including Electric Forest, Coachella, and Lightning in a Bottle.
