Following up 2 singles released earlier this year, Record Club is back with 2 new songs “After Dark,” and “Made Me Do It.” Both tracks are just in time for festival season which is now upon us, with there being plenty of vibes within that fit well within a live performance setting. Alex and Dan, who make up the duo Record Club, came out of the gate hot in 2022, with “You Make Me Feel,” and “Switch It Up,” showcasing how these two are aiming toward a productive workload this year. With the exception of 1 gap, they’ve been releasing a track a month since July 2021, their catalog quickly growing and giving a more clear definition as to what they’re bringing to the table sonically.
The motivation behind Record Club is to bring back the progressive and electro-house sounds which permeated global electronic music culture in the early 2010’s. It was this time period that inspired these two deeply. Now having this skillset and aptitude to have contribute seriously to the scene, Record Club are an unstoppable force who know what they want to do and how they want to do it.
