The DMV is celebrating as Moonrise Festival has announced that they will be celebrating a second year in Baltimore! Confirmed to be happening at the same weekend (Saturday, August 8th & Sunday, August 9th) and location at Pimlico Race Course as last year, artists are being rounded up and should be announced soon (but never soon enough!).
