Groundbreaking company Ideaison focuses on marketing and creating events that cannot be experienced anywhere else. One of their newest projects is taking their virtual event series and adapting it into a live-show format. This exciting new venture is called RETOSPEKT and is set to take place on November 5th.
This innovative event will be the first of a quarterly tradition for Ideaison. At Ground Level Studios in Los Angeles, RETROSPEKT will encompass a 360-projection mapping of art across the entire dance floor. Additionally, the unprecedented experience will have a variety of engaging “selfie” style rooms. As if this wasn’t cool enough, attendees will be given AR technology headsets that are sure to transport them to another dimension of vivid sound and visuals.
Hosted by entertainment professional, Lauren Kashuk, RETROSPEKT is female-founded and established in 2020. Both RETROSPEKT and Ideaison highly value equality throughout performing arts and the rest of the world. Speaking out on her mission, Kashuk explains, “the tables will never turn, and women will never be able to have the decision-making at major music companies and influence culture if they don’t come together and start to throw shows their own way. It’s different from any other event because I’ve yet to see an event like this. So it’s created for my community, by my community. To me, the series represents hope.”
Fortifying its power to do good and have a positive impact on society, RETROSPEKT has teamed up with the mental-health organization BroglieBox and a mental-health charity as well. This progressive experience will include sets from amazing musical talent like MAAD, RM47, and Maddy Maia B2B Tottie. Minimal pop tech rising star SOHMI and groovy Dirtybird house artist Life On Planets are headlining the event. All in all, RETROSPEKT will showcase the immersive future of the live entertainment industry.
