Spring semester is a nationwide for struggle for college students. We sense freedom and sometimes shutdown too early. How can you stay motivated in class when you know your favorite music festival is right around the corner?! University of Wisconsin-Madison wants their students to work for their end of the year celebration.
In 2013, former Wisconsin Union President Sarah Mathews imagined hosting One Direction for an end of the year concert. While some might find that dream funny, it sparked something big. UW-Madison was lacking an end of the year concert for their students and Mathews decided it was time for students to join forces with the staff to create something special….hello Reverly Music and Arts Festival!
Last years lineup included acts from Chance the Rapper, Toro Y Moi, Delta Spirit, The Mowgli’s, and others. This year on May 3rd, fans can catch Dillon Francis, Waka Flocka Flame, G-Eazy, Sky Ferreira, and many more!
