The legendary NBA star turned pop culture icon clearly can’t get enough of the electronic music scene. Shaquille O’Neal, as DJ Diesel, who has so far done two ‘Fun House’ events, one during Miami Music Week 2018 and another surrounding the Super Bowl buzz in Atlanta, is once again returning to Miami for what will be an explosive night of big-names, surprises, and atmosphere.
At previous ‘Shaq’s Fun House’ events artists and celebrities including Adam Levine, Jamie Foxx, Rob Gronkowski, Migos, Diplo, Tiesto, Steve Aoki, Akon, Lil Jon, T-Pain, Jermaine Dupri, The Fat Jew, Patrick Mahomes, Reggie Bush, Tim Tebow, Alexander Wang, Daymond John, and many more have come through – even if a fraction of these names were to attend the 2019 event, the night would be made. Given the overwhelming buzz and satisfaction the events have delivered so far, disappointment in any regard is least likely here than any other Miami Music Week event.
With a classic-carnival look as the theme of the Shaq’s Fun House, he doesn’t just stop short of the look. Games, attractions, carnival fun foods, interactive performers, alongside a “Circus Sideshow” stage showcasing dozens of novelties and oddities include some of the additions to be found at this year’s party.
