Freaky Deaky is just a month and some change away from transforming the Houston Racetrack into a spooktacular haunted wonderland. For those of us that looooooove Halloween — as in already-started-creeping-the-Halloween-aisles-at-Target — it’s been almost painful to wait for October to finally arrive. With gravestones dancing above our heads while we sleep, Disco Donnie devised a series of events to satiate our blood-thirst levels of excitement leading up to the biggest Halloween event in Texas.
On top of a killer lineup featuring a full gamut of EDM, including Green Velvet, Armin Van Buuren, Coone, Black Tiger Sex Machine, and so much more, the festival is set to have five terrifying stages with plans to really pull out the stops with production. You can check out the full lineup here. First up, Figure took over the BLVD in San Antonio, who brought his own Halloween badassary to his dubstep. Just this past weekend, things kicked off in Austin with the masked badboy of bass house, Malaa, earning a sold out status. Still to come are Rusko, Cash Cash, and Kill the Noise. So we may or may not have already started decorating our places with our favorite skulls, bats, and sparkled desktop pumpkins, but we’re sure there is a support group for that.
