You might be having a bit of trouble wrapping your mind around the crazy events, that release day after day, for Miami Music Week, but there is no question that Robin Schulz’s Sugar event should make it onto your must-go list.
This Grammy nominated DJ and producer has brought us two recent hits such as the uptempo remix of “Waves” by Mr. Probz and his latest catch, “Sugar” ft. Francesco Yates. This track has blown up since its release in July, 2015 and is featured often on radio stations across the country.
The song, which samples Baby Bash’s 2003 hit “Suga Suga,” is a welcome twist on an old throw back and has been remixed by EDX, who also will be joining him at this event.
Other artists joining Schulz include, Nora En Pure, Bakermat, Destructo, Disciples and more. This mix of artists bringing everything from deep house, tropical house and what will surely be a wide array of sounds from Destructo, due to his long time presence in the electronic music scene, will create an event attendees will be talking about for months.
The event is presented by Diskolab and hosted at the Delano Beach Club, a popular venue for Miami Music Week, bringing all kinds of massive lineups throughout the week. In 2015, this south beach location was named as the first ever Miami Music Week Hotel and if this lineup of artists isn’t enough to convince you, then their 2015 after movie should seal the deal.
