RollingStone turned to the experts to rank the best dance music clubs in America and while normally we like to talk about how far off the publication is, they actually nailed it this time around. The panel they interviewed included Steve Angello, Carl Cox, Pasquale Rotella, Gary Richards and Rob Swire.
We loved seeing D.C.’s dungeon U Street Music Hall make the cut and really any list that doesn’t include that venue might as well be thrown out and labeled irrelevant.
Rankings:
1. Beta, Denver
2. Liv, Miami
3. Output, Brooklyn
4. XS, Las Vegas
5. Sound, Los Angeles
6. Pacha, New York
7. Cielo, New York
8. Electric Pickle, Miami
9. Spy Bar, Chicago
10. U Street Music Hall, Washington, D.C.
