Rusko exploded via twitter today against his record label Mad Decent for allowing a full stream of his new album Songs on their website. Previously there were no releases for any of the tracks on Songs via youtube, blogs, soundcloud or any form of social media.
Seeing how Mad Decent decided to allow a full stream on their site without the artists consent is a major issue. This is another example of a record label showing complete disregard for the artist during the process of releasing and promoting a new album.
Mad Decent enhances their brand because they allow a full stream of the Rusko album before it comes out, meanwhile Rusko looks like a pawn.
