The social justice advocate and Grunge House Dj Saint Punk recently put out this remix of Ookay and Cesqeaux’s ‘The Pit’ that certainly goes hard. It’s sure to be on any club Dj’s Rotation. The track, released on Ookay’s label ‘The Woodwerk’ is a fun and aggressive trip that many will sure be bobbing their heads too.
Saint Punk is a seasoned vocalist who spent his adolescent years fronting a rock band that performed at iconic LA venues like Viper Room, Roxy, and Whiskey a Go Go. His rock-influenced productions are fueled by gritty sounds and bombastic drums, and his own far-ranging vocals. In addition to singing and songwriting, he also plays guitar and piano.
