SCRVP has been tearing up the trap scene over the last few years, and his latest single is just another addition to the large collection of songs he has released in recent months. The song was released through MMXVAC, an innovative and growing label in underground bass and trap music, founded by SCRVP himself.
The new song, titled “Helix” features unique samples including ones from Malaa’s “Changes” and Kendrick Lamar’s “DNA.” With a slower tempo than usual, the song is dark and has a tribal feel. Percussions give the song life with buildups and drops exploding with bass. The track serves as yet another step in SCRVP’s rise.
