Event Organizer ID&T will bring their promotion Sensation America to the United States for the first time Friday, October 26 and Saturday, October 27 at the brand new Barclay’s Center located in Downtown Brooklyn, New York City. The 21 and over event is being presented in conjunction with Live Nation and sponsored by Bud Light Platinum. This will be the only Sensation America event in the United States in 2012.
The full weekend event will show the US audience the Innerspace theme, which premiered last year in Amsterdam. Sensation events are unlike anything you’ve ever seen before as the audience will transcend through seven intense visual and audio experiences. They are a massive scaled productions that follow the mantra, ‘be part of the night, unite in white’ as white attire is mandatory for all guests.
Tickets will go on sale next Friday, June 8, at noon through Sensation.com or Ticketmaster. Deluxe packages are available and include a hotel stay and transfer to and from the venue.
With the explosion in popularity of dance music in the US, events like Sensation become viable options for promoters when previously they could only be done overseas. Competition in the market will only challenge promoters in the US to increase their production.
Performers have not yet been announced, but it’s important to note that Sensation will book not only a big name but someone who can make the event the best as possible. At this time it is rumored that Fedde Le Grande will be the maestro. We will continue to post updates for Sensation as they become available. This is a non miss event this year.
