You may have caught Ravell at Coachella, HARD Summer Festival, and Beyond Wonderland, or maybe heard some of his releases on Kaskade’s label Arkade. He’s had quite a presence in the world of electronic for years. Yet since 2019, he felt it was time to take a break and approach things in a new way.
“Siento,” is this first step in this new phase that is Ravell.
The single infuses a smooth house production with a Latin-influences, adding a bit of zest via plucked guitar and light vocal work atop of an electronic modern framework. The single releases on his own label, which is now active and in motion as of this very track.
Change can be hard but, depending on the work put into it, can be a great thing. All signs point to Ravell being on a proper path that not only sounds great but that he is happy with.
