At the beginning of this past summer, we brought to your attention Silk City’s first collaborative track, “Only Can Get Better.” Silk City is of course Diplo and Mark Ronson’s collaborative project, which pays homage to the pioneer house music sound. Today we bring you their second release, “Electricity,” featuring UK pop powerhouse, Dua Lipa.
“Electricty” is a dancefloor hit that brilliantly fuses Silk City’s retro house blend with Dua Lipa’s soulful and sensual vocals. The pulsating piano keys mixed with the addicting tempo and easy to sing-along lyrics will have you singing and dancing all night.
