The Norwegian artist SJUR is no stranger to making tunes that the world instantly soak up. With a cover of Mario’s “Let Me Love You” hitting over 80 million Spotify streams, he also went on to hit #1 on Hype machine no less than three times.
His latest track “Rich & Famous” has been made with the help of Finnish teenager Isac Elliot, who is also a highly successful act. It’s full of strong melodies and washing vocals, and Elliot brings a unique vibe to the mix. SJUR says of the single:
Working on Rich & Famous has been a long and interesting process. I’m quite thorough, especially when it comes to details in the production. I spent much time trying out different variations of the hook in the chorus, and I’m more than pleased with the result.
