Skrillex is heading back out on tour in 2014. This time he’s chosen to ditch the regular format again and go for the full on takeover. He’s bringing his friends along for the journey for what’s going to be an unforgettable experience.
A Skrillex Takeover is when Sonny heads to one city and then plays all of the different clubs / venues in a few days before heading to the next.
So for San Francisco this means 7-days of Skrillex, Brooklyn 5-days, Amsterdam 5-days and Barcelona 4-days. Some of the highlights include an unannounced venue in San Francisco and a secret warehouse party somewhere in Brooklyn.
Tickets for the Skrillex Takeover start at around $25 and some of the events are 21+. If you’re planning on attending make sure you get the details secured before you buy. Because he’s doing so many dates in such a concentrated area, you shouldn’t have problem buying. Scalpers only make money when the demand outweighs the supply.
