Fans can rejoice, for Yung Slander and NGHTMRE have come together once again to produce a massive anthem, “Ascension.” Though the tune seamlessly flows in sync with the sounds of both artists, each producers’ key roles are easily recognizable. A faint piano melody leads us into the bass-heavy build, which is then set ablaze by energetic Lil’ Jon vocal chops and hard house synths.
