NGHTMRE & Slander have come a long way since their heaven trap beginnings. The rising stars have evolved, changed, and rapidly become a massive name in not only just the bass scene, but electronic music as a whole. From headlining their own Headbangers Ball to throwing it down with Shaq, we have to wonder what is next for these young magicians. So far in 2018 and 2019 we have seen the emergence of their Gud Vibrations tour featuring the Atom stage that is nothing short of amazing. In addition they’ve both embarked on countless solo (and duo) tours with each other and appear to have no intentions of slowing down.
The unique thing about Slander & NGHTMRE is not necessarily the sheer number of fans they’ve attracted over the past 4 years. Instead, the number of fans is a direct result of their unique ability to bring audiences from all different genres. Whether it’s bass, future bass, house, or trap; they’ve truly done it all. Their diversity and ability to produce any genre has made their live performances a dream that we never want to end.
They’ve been touring like crazy and in anticipation for their EDC Las Vegas 2019 performance we’ll be taking a look back at some of their best EDC Las Vegas sets.
The reason we adore Slander’s 2015 set is due to the fact that it’s a mix of some classic songs such as Aerosmith’s “I Don’t Want To Miss a Thing” or Swedish House Mafia’s “Save The World”. Those paired with some of their best heaven trap tracks at the time make this EDC set one to remember.
NGHTMRE’s 2016 set hit us with a blending of rap vocals, hard hitting bass drops, and his classical heaven trap bangers that we have fallen in love with. It’s definitely one to give a listen to in anticipation for his upcoming Gud Vibrations set with Slander.
Next up is Slander’s 2016 performance. In relation to the 2015 performance, we notice that this year is much more on the bass heavy side. It truly show cased Slander’s ability to transform their sound that soon allowed them to captivate an entire genre.
House, trap, future bass, and bass; NGHTMRE’s 2018 EDC Las Vegas performance has it all. You can find some of his newest edits, collaborations, and remixes in this most recent EDC set. Whether it’s Dillon Francis, Slander, or The Chainsmokers; NGHTMRE showcases some of the best tracks from 2018 here.
Last but not least, the first ever Slander & NGHTMRE Gub Vibrations performance at EDC Las Vegas. 2018 was truly an amazing year for these longtime friends and we can’t wait for the highly anticipate 2019 performances. Stay tuned for more news on Slander & NGHTMRE as EDC Las Vegas creeps closer.
