When you see a newcomer onto the scene garner support from artists like Skrillex, Datsik, and Diplo, you tend to take notice. Believe it or not, this is exactly what’s happened for the mysterious Canadian bass music producer SNAILS. With a high energy dubstep/trap hybrid sound reminiscent of the hugely successful Figure, Snails has been a quick riser with his heavy productions.
Just two days after the release, “SLUGZ” has already charted the Beatport Hip-Hop Top 10. Generously dishing out the rolling 808’s and with growling basslines throughout, you can be sure this will be a banger dropped at peak hour of you favorite dubstep set.
