You would not believe your eyes if- I’m going to stop, but I think you get it. Yes, that’s Adam Young from Owl City. He’s on an EDM track. It’s amazing. Enough said. So unwind and get ready to be lost in talented vocals and mesmerizing lyrics— this is Snap, Crackle, Pop!
Didrick – Ready To Fly (feat. Adam Young)
We have a special track kicking off the first Snap, Crackle, Pop! of the year and it comes with an awesome announcement. Monstercat has undergone a civil war resulting in Monstercat Uncaged and Monstercat Instinct, two separate divisions within the powerhouse label that push forth the best music on opposite ends of the spectrum. “Ready To Fly” from Didrick is nothing short of the quality you’d expect, especially with the pop legend Adam Young on it from Owl City. This track helps deliver the heavier sound we know you wanted from the singer who has comforted us through our teen heartaches growing up.
5 & A Dime – Flying High (feat. Yashar Gasanov)
5 & A Dime is an artist who has been showing he is someone you shouldn’t underestimate and he’s now teamed up with the indie label Lowly Palace on his next release. “Flying High” is a smooth tune that will get you into a relaxing groove and cast over a sense of all your troubles being fine. The silky drops and glassy vocal chops will help enhance the sensation even more!
Youth Group – Forever Young (LUUDE Flip)
“Forever Young” is just one of the classics you never forget the words to and long nights out can lead to the screaming of said words if you just so happen to hear it. Well LUUDE has been busy taking this timeless track and flipping it into a modern-day hit, which also features the reworked version by Youth Group done in 2006. It’s going to be hard to not catch the feelings on this one, but its melodic drop can easily be noted as one perfectly fitting chorus!
Emerson Leif x Golden Vessel – Hesitate
Closing us out this week with a track to unwind to is “Hesitate” by newcomer Emerson Leif and Golden Vessel. This is one addicting track to let play out as you kick back and stare at the ceiling when it’s 2 am. Golden Vessel alone can supply you with endless jam music to chill out to, so make sure to check him out as well!
