Summer is starting to wind down and festival season is slowly coming to an end, but that doesn’t stop Oliver Tree from sending us off crying from laughter. This week for SCP we have a hilarious documentary from the enigma of an artist, addicting dance hits, and plenty of infectious melodies. Unwind and get ready to be lost in talented vocals and mesmerizing lyrics— this is Snap, Crackle, Pop!
Vicetone – Walk Thru Fire (feat. Meron Ryan)
Kicking us off this week is Vicetone with their latest release “Walk Thru Fire.” You can find Meron Ryan lending a helping hand in delivering a flawless top line for their crisp production. From the lush piano chords to the overall relaxed atmosphere that crescendos into a melodically rick chorus, you’ll quickly get hooked on this dance track.
Oliver Tree – Movement
The most interesting artist in the world, Oliver Tree, is back with a ridiculously comedic and unhinged documentary that you can view below. After viewing the whole video, we can’t recommend it enough if you’re in the mood to unwind and share a few goofs with your friends. In the meantime, enjoy his latest release hit “Movement” with its unique production and one-of-a-kind vocals.
Teri Miko & Madoc – Feels Real (feat. Elle Vee)
Next up, we have Teri Miko and Madoc coming at you from Spinnin’ Records, alongside the talented Elle Vee. Their new track “Feels Real” is one that will hit you in the feels with their relatable lyrics and mesmerizing vocal chops. With their production paring perfectly with Elle’s vocals and the unique smooth drops, it’s no wonder why the powerhouse label picked this one up for release.
VICEROY – 1999
VICEROY is here with a feel-good, light-hearted release that will perfectly succumb to your most nostalgic thoughts and provide you with enough emotion to hit that replay button. “1999” hits home hard for a lot of us who were alive during that time period, and captures the era perfectly. From the television shows we watched to the way we spent our Saturday mornings, this song couldn’t have been executed more perfectly.
Rebecca Perl – Keepin’ It Cool (Tep No Edit)
Helping us move over to the more chill side of the dance spectrum now is Tep No. This time around he has stepped up to deliver an edit for Rebecca Perl’s “Keepin’ It Cool” that pays homage to the original, yet introduces enough of a difference to keep fans hooked. With the chopped and screwed vocals and lively chorus taking over, this track is the perfect summer hit.
VCATION – Lay Low
Closing us out this week is VCATION, a duo coming all the way from Stockholm, Sweden. Their tune “Lay Low” features silky vocals that will allure and reel in any listener, alongside their visually pleasing lyric video that can be found here. Before you know it, the chorus hits and is driven by a low bass line that gets things grooving and everyone moving.
