In recent months South Park, Colo., has experienced an influx of visitors, and for once the traffic has nothing to do with the popular TV show of the same name. Live music has found its way to the desolate mountain town in the form of festivals, with Sonic Bloom opening its gates tomorrow and South Park Music and Camping Festival set to take place this upcoming Fourth of July weekend. In its inaugural run, South Park Music Festival presents an impressive lineup featuring headliners Slightly Stoopid, Tech N9NE, Matisyahu, Paper Diamond, Steele Pulse and Collie Buddz, as well as a massive fireworks show to take place on the night of the Fourth.
For the first time ever, in honor of our rights and freedom, festival-goers can enjoy legalized cannabis on festival grounds. Weed-related workshops will also be available for the attendee’s enjoyment, with classes and presentations offered on the current state of recreational cannabis and how to properly grow and purchase marijuana. Perhaps the best part of this festival is the ridiculously affordable 3-day general admission ticket price, available for a mere $89. Check out the lineup below and purchase your ticket here before the next price increase.
The South Park Music and Camping Festival will take place from July 3-5 on the American Safari Ranch.
