Space Jesus, M!NT and Esseks are some of the quickest rising producers in the scene right now and each are on a hot streak like we’ve never seen from them before. Whether it’s Space Yeezy playing alongside Break Science on their current tour or M!NT fresh off an appearance at Burning Man, these guys have been busy lately making a name for themselves all across the country. Tomorrow at famed NYC venue Verboten, it’ll be a Planet Cognac takeover as these three throw down with the home crowd in a night of weird bass and funky gyrations.
In preparation for the huge night, Space Jesus and M!NT are premiering their newest track “Cooler Than Ice Cream” today and it couldn’t be sweeter. For those of us who were at the Mudson Project and didn’t get to catch Space Jesus, this track was first shown to us on his Hudson Project set uploaded to SoundCloud over the summer. With chopped up vocals reminiscent of his “Looks Like Rain‘ remix this has the feel of a collab all the way through, with both artists and their influence easy to pick up. Silky smooth from start to finish.
